For this new edition of ASIA NOW 2022 at the Monnaie de Paris, we would like to make a proposal of Public Art with the collaboration of the artist MEEKYOUNG SHIN. Following the example of his "Toilet Project" realized in 2013 where soap busts were placed in different museum toilets selected throughout the UK. To be then exposed to the Korean Culture Center in London. Thus, during all the duration of the fair, we would put a soap bust in the various toilets of the Monnaie de Paris. As visitors use them to wash their hands the details of the statuettes soften and fade, creating the pieces’own provenance and unique history. Moreover, we could not be present at ASIA NOW 2022 without showing works by the artist CHUN KWANG YOUNG for whom we have actively collaborated in his exhibition TIMES REIMAGINED, an official side event of the Venice Biennale 2022.

At the end of September, our artist JIANA KIM, will inaugurate a monumental sculpture, a mixture of corten steel and ceramics, during a sculpture tour initiated by the BOGHOSSIAN Foundation and the city of Brussels. The opportunity for us to show you these reliefs works made of porcelain.

And finally, we would like to introduce you to the artist JUKHEE KWON where his plastic approach converts deterioration into resurrection. The artist ennobles books, left orphaned by all those hands that have handled them, by developing different proposals to give them an air of freedom.
