The Anthologie gallery is founded around a dialogue between Europe and Asia. Evolving with the great names of international design and architecture for twenty years, Denis Ribreau its founder has established deep relationships in Japan with artists, craftsmen and architects, developing over time his own orientation in the field of art and architecture carried by his encounters during his stays in Japan.

In relation with the Nordic countries such as Finland and with Asia with Japan, the gallery maintains a shared complicity around a simple line carried towards the essential. Establishing a fresh dialogue between cultures endowed with the same creative maturity, the artistic complicity engages in a will to renew the beauty of gesture and know-how; a sensitive way in search of a state of nature, a hand extended to our natural environment.

Playing the role of an aesthete in the field of art and around a craft design, the gallery deepens step by step this approach with a small collective of artists researched and experienced in ancestral techniques to achieve a mutual cohesion.

With a contemporary art collection of several hundred works, the gallery points the eye to a contemporary Japan with a strong capacity to awaken our senses. To give to see what escapes the glance, to be, to feel one moment in front of oneself. To show, to say on the mode of the silent word.

To establish a relationship with the unknown, by seeking a minimum of intervention in front of the spectator, to aim right.
